The MR-1500 record processing module was designed for applications demanding more resolution of acquired signals, as oscillographic records for analysis of energy quality. It has maximum rate of data acquisition of 15360 Hz, resulting in 256 samples per cycle (in 60Hz).
The MR-1500 recorder has support to protocols DNP3.0 and IEC-61850, enabling its integration with SCADA supervision softwares, to send instant data of process.
Such functionality also enables sending and receiving status data (digital inputs and outputs) under GOOSE standards, with equipments that have support to this protocol (Relays, RDPs or UTRs), so reducing or eliminating the need of status interfaces between the system equipment.
There are 8 input doors, serving at most 4 analog input modules or 4 digital input modules, which altogether shall respect the limit of ports in the equipment. The capacity can be expanded by inter-trigger, up to 8 MR-1500 interconnected by optical fiber. The alpha numeric display with 40 characters each 4 lines (40x4) was projected for the best view of information by the user.
